Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns & Exchanges We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Please note shipping fees and gift-wrapping services are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at support@dalbitstudio.com within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Please include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if the item is defective.
- We'll provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
- Original shipping charges and additional service charges (such as gift wrap) are non-refundable.
- For returns due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
- Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Refund Processing
- Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges, unless due to our error, are non-refundable.
International Orders
- Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original international shipping charges and customs/duties fees are non-refundable.
