Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchanges We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Please note shipping fees and gift-wrapping services are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  • Contact us at support@dalbitstudio.com within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Please include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos if the item is defective.
  • We'll provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item).
  • Original shipping charges and additional service charges (such as gift wrap) are non-refundable.
  • For returns due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges, unless due to our error, are non-refundable.

International Orders

  • Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original international shipping charges and customs/duties fees are non-refundable.
